Tomorrow we are going down to Salt Lake City to get the key to our next apt. We loaded up the car and we are going to get up early and go down. On to the future. Maybe I will take the point and shoot and take some photos.

2. Did you play any sports?
No, I didn't even take gym, somehow I got out of it. Yes, I know it's required and yes I didn't take it.
3. What kind of car did you drive?
a 1990 Nesson Truck, still have it
4. It’s Friday night. Where were you?
If it was winter I was probably trying to get Nicole to play the Barbie game...I was obsessed with the prom and I loved Barbie. In the summer I was either working at Lagoon or hanging out with Michelle at Lagoon.
5. Were you a party animal?
Not really
6. Were you considered a flirt?
Maybe a little.
7. Were you in the band, orchestra or choir?
No I'm not very musically gifted. Jon once comented on me singing off key while we were dating and I cried all during the chastity talk. I think it scared our Bishop.
8. Were you a nerd?
I think I was an art nerd.
9. Were you ever suspended or expelled?
No
10. Can you sing the fight song?
DHS is the EASIEST fight song..."Oh Dear old Davis High school, we'll fight for you, we'll fight for Davis our D (d) H(h) S(s)...."--there is that part in the middle that I always mumble my way through
11. Who was your favorite teacher?
I loved my chemistry teacher--Mr Simmons?
13. Did you go to the Prom?
Yes
14. If you could go back, would you:
I don't want to go back now, although I think about how much I have learned and how I would do things differently
15. What do you remember most about graduation?I remember we went bowling at weber, It wasn't that exciting
16. Where were you on Senior Skip Day?I think I went shopping with Kristen and Lindsay at savers and went to Chilli's but I'm not sure that was on skip day
17. Did you have a job your senior year?I worked at the Old Fashion Photo Studio at lagoon
18. Where did you go most often for lunch?
wherever Nicole or Nanette was driving--one of the perks of driving a truck, we didn't all fit

yes
20. What did you do after graduation?I worked that summer and then went to BYU

22. Who was your Senior Prom Date?
Ray, I think Nicole made him ask me or something. Ray took Nicole to Homecoming. I took extra long getting ready for the dance and he had to talk to my parents. My dad kept yelling at me to hurry up. Ray wasn't LDS so my dad thought it was funny when he said, "are you going to take so long that I should get him something to read--maybe a book of Mormon." Parents were so embarrasing!
23.Are you going/did you go to your 5/10 year reunion?
I think I'm suppose to help with them because I was on senior committee, but I still haven't gone to any

It seems like time just flies. It's hard to believe that school will start soon, and I'll be right back into the mix again. It's been nice to be out [of school and just in the regular ol' workforce], especially for the last few months since Mary was born. She's a cutie, and she seems to discover new things each day. Today she seems to have discovered her feet. She will grab them now, and move them up closer to her head, and watch them. I think she's discovered that these magical moving appendages are controlled by her. That has to be kind of a cool realization, I think.
Anyway, with school starting August 18th, we are beginning the moving process pretty soon here. We will get the key to our new apartment at the University Village (campus housing for married students at the U) next week, and we will start seriously moving objects beginning that weekend. It's been quite a process, moving, for the third (fourth if you count twice in China) time since our marriage. We have had to go through old stuff, decide what to keep and what not to keep. We're losing about 200 square feet from what we have now, here in Logan, so it makes sense for us to try to reduce things down as much as possible. It's going to be pretty cozy in our new place, but the price can't be beat. It'll be interesting to see how everything is going to fit, but we're not worried.
Lately I've had a real craving for kimchi, so I went down to the local Asian market (Logan's only one, small and attached to a Korean restaurant) and picked up a jar of kimchi. If I didn't choose this one, would have had to get the 2.5 gallon jar, and as much as I like kimchi I don't think I could consume that much. Either way, it was fun to get some kimchi, and the lady in the store played with Mary for a solid 5 minutes. Mary must have liked it, because she couldn't stop giggling. The grandmother in the store seemed to think that it was funny that Mary had a little bow stuck to her head, because I could see her pointing to the bow, pointing to her head, laughing, then saying something in Korean. It's too bad I only speak one foreign language.
We're doing well, and we look forward to being geographically closer to (many of) you. Oh, and here are a couple of pictures of Mary that we took in a tiny little traditional Chinese dress that we bought, so enjoy.

I have been watching my sisters four kids this week. During the day while they were playing outside, I stayed inside and played with Mary. My sister in law gave me a book with all the baby milestones in it. I'm proud to say that Mary can already roll over both ways...and is too mobile for a three month old! But she didn't know how to blow razz berries (another baby milestone) so I have been trying to teach her. So I kept doing it and she would laugh, but not do it herself. Then after all the kids went to bed Jon and I stayed up with Mary. It's amazing how much you appreciate alone time when your watching five kids. We finally got into bed around midnight, but Mary was not tired at all. She stayed awake laughing in her crib...laughing and blowing razz berries. I guess all my work did pay off. She thought it was so funny that she stayed up at least a half an hour before I gave up, feed her again, and held her until she fell asleep.
